You can either take it from the chemistry lab or order it online as is used to treat malaria. The Quinine Sulfate tablet crush them and mix them with water. Crystal Growing

Vegetables do not have electricity built into them, but you can use electrolytes to change the chemical energy to electrical energy. The traditional way to do it by taking a galvanized nail and a copper coin and insert them in citrus fruit. Connect wires with them and place a bulb in between. You will see the bulb light up. To show it in science fair you can use a multimeter instead of the bulb to show the flow of current.

Connect the ends of the motor to a bulb or multimeter with the help of wires. Now move the lever in the circular pattern, and you will see the current flowing with the help of bulb or multimeter. You can also make the motor as well if you can’t find one. Take a coil of wire and magnets. Arrange magnets circularly and put the coil in between it. Connect the end of the loop of wire to the rest of the system. Remember to make either to make the coil moveable or magnets moveable in a circular fashion.
